These simple rules are yet another iteration used in some of our home games.
The rules have been designed to promote ease of gaming with children. A six- or eight-year old should be able to grasp the basics with only slight input from a parent, though these same kids will probably struggle reading the rules.
Fantasy setting examples are included but the game is meant for any form or gaming with less than a superhero-level of power, whether sci-fi, steampunk, cyberpunk, dark fantasy, high fantasy, talking animals in the forest, whatever.
Keep in mind that this is an 8-page game. If you want a section defining “what is a RPG” or any sort of Referee helps, you might want to skip this.
