Description
It's been a while since someone cleaned the Redbrands out of the lower level of Tresendar Manor. The mayor hired people to clean out the area, but they were scared off by what they described as a beholder! You are back in Phandalin, and the mayor wants you to clean out the manor again.
This is a new adventure meant to be used with either Lost Mine of Phandelver or Dragon of Icespire Peak. It is scaled for 3rd to 5th level.
This adventure features nine encounter areas, eight of which occur under the lower level of the manor in newly revealed caves!
The PDF includes new magic items, a few monster statblocks, and perspective views of some of the areas. Also included with your purchase are maps with and without grids.
