From the introduction:
This is a very straightforward module meant to be run as a demo for the Bonfire RPG system. As such, it’s been designed to be run basically all from flavor text (the boxed text) with a few additional notes that can be scanned over quickly during play (bolded text).
All other text is additional background information and things of interest that can help the GM run this module as part of a bigger story or longer campaign.
This module is meant to be straightforward with a clear problem presented to the party at each step that the players have as much time as they want to try to plan and tackle. There are no tricks or twists; just opportunities to play around with the system.
Because of this, this adventure is very railroad-y.
