Members of an archeological team set out to the jungles of Mexico in search of an ancient Mayan artifact known only in legends. For the members of the group who have dreamt of this sort of thing their entire lives, it feels like the dig of a lifetime. Or, at least it does, until members of the party begin disappearing during the night. The jungle has held secrets for thousands of years. Is the key to the vanishings just one more mystery that the jungle is hiding? Are the disappearances the work of man or could some of the darker Mayan myths actually be true?

As with all Deadbolt Mystery Society games, you step into the role of the detective. Examining the evidence provided, visiting different locations and using the password protected QR mechanic to uncover the truth.
Players win once they catch the killer, find what's missing or whatever else is needed to solve the case at hand.
