Fenris 2d6 uses 1d6 for damage, and 2d6 for some of the more terrifying creatures. The optional damage table proposes the use of variable dice for melee attacks, that is combinations of 1d2 and 1d3. Magic and Missiles still cause 1d6 damage regardless of armour class.
