Variant Feat System

We all love feats. But not all feats are created equal. Sometimes it seems that some of the more niche feats are often pushed to the sidelines in favor of more powerful options. We see a lot of Sharpshooters, Sentinels, and Great Weapon Masters, but not a lot of Actors or Keen Mind users, which is a shame, because they are often really flavorful options that get sidelined in favor of keeping PCs alive. This variant system tries to mitigate this problem. It changes the more potent feats, separates them into different tiers, and gives a lot of options for players to build their characters in a way that is unique to them.
