From publisher blurb:
The mysterious, far-future wasteland of Vaarn is expanded in this pack of short format adventure locations. Together Khenet Rock, Eigin Oasis, The Tomb of Nassak An-Rah, The Fount of Illustrious Flesh and Caeba in the Maw provide four challenging dungeons and two safe havens for your vault raiders.
Khenet Rock is a 12-room location, which can be dropped into existing campaigns or used as the starting adventure for a new one. This adventure pits the PCs against six newbeast bandits, who are formidable when they fight as a unit and are best tackled stealthily. The bandits also bear a slight resemblance to the bosses from a very famous tactical espionage action game.
Eigin Oasis is a small starting settlement that can be used as a home base for PCs, or as a location they pass through. It has nine locations, with accompanying NPCs and plot hooks.
The Tomb of Nassak An-Rah is a seven-room location, which I used in the first ever Vaults of Vaarn session back in January 2020. It's a delve into the tomb of an Autarchy-era nobleman, which has been overrun by a virulent corpse-resurrecting fungus. This location includes several unique monsters and exotica.
The Fount of Illustrious Flesh is a small dungeon, suitable for low level PCs. This adventure location pits the vault-raiders against cunning, cannibal clones of a long-dead Autarch. There are also tricks, traps, megalomaniac heads preserved in mobile tanks, dogs with the faces of men, coffee and donuts dispensed by ancient machines, and a miraculous functioning pseudowomb in which clones may be produced.
Caeba in the Maw is an adventure location presented in poster format. Your players can explore the trundle-town of Caeba, a roughneck scavenger suburb that roams the blue desert inside a great iron wheel. The PCs can also delve into the ossifying Corpse of the Grandfather - the carcass of a millennia-old sandworm, its four stomachs surely filled with secrets.
