Vegas 3478 is a game of luck in which players want to run out of cards as quickly as possible.
Each turn, the active player rolls a small roulette wheel present in the game, and the result of this will give the possibilities of action for this player, ranging from discarding cards of a certain value from their hand to making their opponents draw cards.
Some high-risk plays also exist in roulette, allowing players to bet to try and win the round immediately, but risking their opponents doing so.
When a player runs out of cards in their hand, everyone else must add up points for the remaining cards and a new round begins.
The game ends when one player reaches a certain number of points. At this point, the player with the fewest points is the winner.
