Objective: earn as much money as possible carrying goods with your ship all over the world - game ends after 50 rounds
- acting/moving by turns -
each player buys goods (max 2 - only one per kind of goods) at your starting port; roll the die and move forward; ending at a port you may sell goods (up to your choice) and may buy (whats available - if there is space enough) at the current rate;
if the marker - after each player has finished her/his turn - is moved forward ending on a red space draw as many 'chance cards' as ships are in a port; before next turn all changes have to be executed.
Starting round 50 each player has to move her/his ship to the next port.
