Publisher Blurb:

vs. Stranger Stuff is a rules-light tabletop roleplaying game of 1980’s inspired adventure, horror, and science fiction, where you play as “Kids” in their teens. But it’s not just homework and asking someone to the dance that are the terrors they need to face. Clearly influenced by the hit Netflix series, but also the great films that inspired that show, vs. Stranger Stuff — Season 2: Easy Mode Only takes the original mini-game released by Fat Goblin Games and offers revised rules that were first presented in vs. Stranger Stuff — Season 2, but has only the “Easy Mode” version of the rules, with clarifications that help to keep the game compatible with existing adventures, but also prepare the Kids for totally different dangers still to come.

In vs. Stranger Stuff — Season 2: Easy Mode Only then, you’ll find over 30 pages of rules for character creation, basic gameplay mechanics using a 52-card deck, how to combat monsters and all-too-human foes, and full stats for 13 different monsters and NPCS to face-off against the Kids all in a simple, straightforward black-and-white format for easy printing at home. The PDF is meant to be a free preview of the larger, more richly rendered vs. Stranger Stuff — Season 2 book, but also complete enough that you could get a cheap Print-on-Demand copy of the book, grab an adventure or two from online, and have everything you needed to play vs. Stranger Stuff at a convention or local game store, or just down in your mother’s basement like the Kids in the 80’s!

vs. Stranger Stuff is a complete roleplaying game using the vs. M Engine in a slimmed-down and quick to use format. Even novice gamers will have no problem creating interesting characters, learning the rules, and starting a game. All you need is paper, pencils, a deck of playing cards, and a few friends.
