In this short freeform larp, a group of characters have gathered for the wake of a dead friend or relative. Each character's relationship to the deceased is complicated and occasionally fraught. In remembering them, the guests paint a picture of the deceased as a complex and occasionally harmful individual--someone capable of bringing both great joy and great sorrow to the people who loved them. Wake is a game about what the dead leave behind, and how the living must cope with the consequences.
