This supplement offers a specific way to adapt the Arcane Background (Magic) to a world, where most of the magic is channeled through wands. It is a nugget to be inserted into the larger se?ing.

Wands are repositories of magic, they enable casters to use their innate potential to the fullest. They hold extra Power Points and allow the use of Power Modifiers, both generic and power specific.
