It covers the British campaign to seize Madagascar from the Vichy French, which took up most of 1942.
The game uses typical Europa system rules, and includes a map of Madagascar (not on the normal Europa scale, with insert maps of Mauritius and Reunion), but players must supply counters from other games and create counters of their own.
