The stage of the story is the Kingdom of Japon and the Empire of Japon. A third power known as the Daihon'ei Army, formerly the Empire's strongest military unit, has joined the two nations in their war for dominance over Japon. You will take control of Alter Matsuyukishiro, a commander of the Royal Army, to carry out Operation Kisagari.
Your army consists of Human Tanks, humanoid weapons that explode upon being hit a single time, and highly respect their superiors. Command the Human Tanks that look up to you and mow down the enemy army!
You are able to use Royal Human Tanks along with Imperial Human Tanks! There are Command, Shock, Assault, Artillery, Scout, Interceptor, Knight, and many more tanks you can take to the battlefield!
Chase, attack, and self-destruct! If you run out, simply assemble more! Create your own unit to fight through the war in this fast-paced strategy game, "War of the Human Tanks - ALTeR"!
