A year has passed since the awakening of the Watcher Helerain Brogan and the retrieval of his restless soul from its tomb. Now the Watcher's ancient enemy the Baklunish lich Feyza Bahun has been found and Watcher Brogan is calling upon all those who have sworn an oath to destroy the lich to aid him.
