Warlock - The Time Lord

This warlock subclass was inspired by really wanting to make a time manipulation based subclass.

Warlock's of the Time Lord patron are granted the ability to manipulate time by thier patron. These patrons could be immortal beings, beings trapped outside of linear time, or some guy in a little blue box.

Mechanically you gain the ability to roll back time for yourself and others granting the ability to turn failure into success. At later levels you can grant a short rest or exhuastion and to create a bubble of frozen time removing creatures from the flow of time for a limited time.
