Journey to the islands of the Haida people to hunt animals of the land and sea in this unique trick-taking game. Play your cards wisely; you never know when the mythical Wasgo might turn your cards upside down!
In this trick-taking game, players compete to collect land and sea animal symbols. Each round, players will bid on a land animal type and receive one point per animal of that type collected in their score pile. Additionally, players will score their most valuable fish using multipliers that will continue to increase over the length of the game as players trigger them to upgrade by performing special actions. Wild cards (Eagle, Raven, Owl, and Wasgo) can be played for face value, or alternatively played along with other cards for their special abilities. Player should use their wild cards strategically, especially the Wasgo, which will flip the cards of all players upside down.
After 5 rounds, the player with the most points is named the best hunter in the land!
