Lord Na’Ilun, known as the Watcher, is the Diar overlord of Tanza District. The Tanza District is in the very centre of Nostir and many resent a direct Diar presence here. The Watcher was despatched by the Grand Pariun as a solution to this problem. Na’Ilun had the subterranean Watcher’s Solace constructed as a prison for dissenters – once inside the chances of returning to daylight is virtually non-existent.
