A world map with 22 countries, each with different ressoruces.
Players strive for world domination starting with 2 small villages and 2 horses. With strategic retail one player will outperform the opponents and become the new Tsar.
AIM OF THE GAME
Players have to occupy countries with their horses, houses or castles to receive winning points. To win the game, 15 points have to be collected.
GAME PLAY:
Every player starts his journey with 2 horses and 2 huts which are placed in a certain order.
Then it is time to collect the resources of every country. From now on, every turn a player rolls 3 dice and adds up the numbers. The total determines which country receive resources. Every player who has one or more buildings in this country, receive the appropriate resource. If a player rolls a 3, 4, 16, 17, or 18 he must return half of his cards to the bank.
Using these resources, players can update their buildings and thus their influence on the different areas.
