Description

From publisher blurb:

Western 5e is a collection of 6 base classes from level 1-20, fully compatible with the fifth edition of the world's most litigious roleplaying game but readymade for use as western protagonists, along with a few sections for the GM on how to run a pointcrawl in the lonely desert, new rules for shotguns and revolvers and such, and a couple of NPCs who make use of them, and a bit on how to structure an adventure and a campaign to feel like a western.

Combine martial prowess with stealth and skulduggery with the new Bandit class, evasive, cunning, but fully loaded with martial weapons and ready to wreck the white hats with fighting styles like the brawler, brute, or gunslinger. Don the white hat yourself as the Law, using your commitment to doing what's right to bolster your allies and your trusty revolver, rifle, or shotgun to bring justice to wrongdoers. Use your mastery of the terrain to gain advantage over your enemies as the Frontierfolk, or call on your deepest held beliefs, whether in God, Confucius, or the Spirit of the West, to bolster your allies as the Preacher. Play the deadliest gunslinger of all, the Veteran, or play the Doctor and try to patch up some of the holes all these gun-toting maniacs are shooting into each other. You can't be a hero in the west without grit, and every class packs a full set of the stuff and a panoply of powers to use it on.

And because of its 5e compatibility, all of the classes and other tricks found in this book can be used both on their own as a straight western game or in combination with other 5e material to create a weird west game of ghostly sheriffs and demonic cattle rustlers.

Pick your poison and shoot your shot in Western 5e.
