The Sea Anemone Ship stats are included. A small, aquatic vessel that fits in any Spelljammer campaign awaits! Exploring hidden mysteries underneath the waves with a small crew is the focus, as the ship can land on the ground and float on water. Sliding panels can be closed to make the hull air-tight, enabling it to travel underwater safely even to great depths.
Also, in the Appendix section we have compiled rules for ship combat and officer roles and actions pulled from Spelljammer - Adventures in Space and Ghosts of Saltmarsh for ease of access.
BACKGROUND
A rogue ILLITHID, also known as a mind flayer, has recently joined Spelljammer Academy. Named ESTRIN, the peculiar being quickly found a home with the other recruits and instructors, most especially the WHISTLESLAP gnomish siblings. Full of advanced knowledge and the secrets of her people, it wasn’t long before Estrin revealed a true passion. ANCIENT ARTIFACTS are hidden all over the multiverse. One such item lies DEEP BENEATH THE WAVES on a neighboring planet in REALMSPACE. The mind flayer believes this may be a remnant from an ancient race. With the help of the gnomish inspectors, Estrin has drawn up some blueprints for a SPELLJAMMER SHIP called the An Enemy, but she wants to make sure her ideas will be viable before leaving the planet TORIL. A prototype is looking to be tested by brave new graduates of the academy.
