(From the back of thr book):
"Vienna - decadence and decay" makes another European city of the 1920s accessible for Cthulhu.
It describes the city on the Danube, with all the quirks and strangenesses, but also the darker sides of the multi-ethnic city, that in its history twice defied the conquest by the Turks and was often visited by the plague. Here the pioneering theories of Sigmund Freud were formed, Interpol was founded, and Ladeau Alexis lived, a contemporary and companion of Frederick of Junzt. And those who ride the Ferris wheel of the Prater into the air, can perhaps forget that deep down in the sewers things live, that no one wants to know about.
Included are the two scenarios: Der Vogelmann (the bird man) and Blutwalzer (blood waltz), and as a handout, a reproduction of a historic map from the 1920s.
