Wild Magic Expanded Tables

I always loved playing a Wild Mage in previous editions and so when one of my players chose to play one I took a look at the table provided. I was shocked that so many of the former surges weren't listed there. But I didn't want to take away from the Table that was already in place.

After much work and compiling of suggestions from both players and my own imaginings, I present to you, an Expanded List of Surges. This list, is broken into two new tables, which trigger based on the level of the spell the Wild Mage intends to cast.
