Players are dividing treasure amongst themselves. As each Viking ship returns to the village loaded with treasures, those goods are auctioned but only those who have the correct equipment cards will receive the gems. Each player has only a limited number of cards, and you'll need to keep some on hand for when the dangerous Pirate Lars comes to the village or for the end of the game when Nessie the sea monster offers her spoils. whoever has the most valuable gems in the end wins.
