The Toturi Dynasty: The Chancellor has organized this Winter Court in an apparent effort to force the Clans to recognize one of the Toturi children as the legitimate heir to the throne. Apparently, he believes that if all the Clans throw their weight behind one of the children, the previous revelations about the Empress’ infidelities can be ignored for the good of the dynasty. Whether his scheme can succeed remains to be seen.
