Contains 21 new missions on new locations and new enemies.
After B.J. Blazkowicz captured the Spear of Destiny, The Axe recaptured or and brought it to the Secret Scandinavian Base build for researching and developing a nuclear bomb. The base is said to be impregnable, and the only way in is through a submarine pen in the fjords.
The game has four base sections of five Floors (levels) each and one level on a hellish looking lair.
The game is mainly made from fan made designs, some are heavily based on secret doors to be completed. The enemy soldiers and bosses are resigned (Privates mainly recoloured), also the weapons are different in colour; The Machine Gun icon no longer looks like an MP40 submachine gun like in Wolfenstein 3D and Spear of Destiny, but rather a Sturmgehwer STG-44 in the DOS version.
