Each player takes a set of 12 Work Cards as their starting hand. The game takes 12 turns as 12 months a year. Each turn, Reveal 1 Boss Card which sets this month's work assignment. Each player secretly selects and plays one card from their hand. Once all players have decided, they reveal their cards simultaneously.
Compare the sum of effort values on all players' cards against the task number on the revealed Boss Card. If the task is completed,the best performer gets the performance point. If the task is uncompleted, the worst performer gets the complaint.
After 12 months(rounds), the player with the highest total score wins.Total Score = Performance Points - Complaint Points
