Each of these places has a history, a full description, a set of NPCs one might meet should they choose to enter and a list of additional services the brothel offers for those who aren't enticed by their more regular trade. Each of these locations also has a list of whispers and rumors, which may be used as plot hooks, or jumping off points in the event a Game Master wants to use the brothel as a central location for at least one arc of their current campaign going forward!
