Description
Terrorists have released a dangerous pathogen that has caused a pandemic. The authorities have discovered an encrypted laptop computer that contains the cure. However, no one terrorist knows the password. 12 terrorist around the world each have one clue to it. You must investigate cities around the world to capture these terrorists and get clues to the password. The pathogen is very virulent and you will have to quarantine cities to slow the spread in the meantime. However, quarantined cities may riot which could lead to more nearby cities being infected. You have 6 attempts to enter the password or the laptop will delete its data. Your level of victory depends on getting the password and having as few deaths worldwide as possible.
