Wrecking Crew: General Philip Dermarco, a failed dictator and an old enemy of the ARST, has gone into hiding with many of the millions he looted from his country. For the most part, he has been living in retirement. However, from time to time he has attempted to have those he blames for his failed schemes killed. That includes the ARST. While he remains in hiding, though, the ARST hasn't been able to strike back at him. But now an old contact has dropped them some intel revealing Demarco's current whereabouts – a palatial villa on the island of Puerto Liato. ...It's time for the ARST to pay him a little visit.
