Foreign climbers in Nepal have reported witnessing a yeti in the Nepalese mountains. This normally would not stir any suspicions except that high quality photographs show evidence of a real creature.
In reality, an intelligent troll has been transported from an alternate dimension where humans live side-by-side with trolls, orcs, dwarves, etc.
About three months ago in the dead of winter a freak electrical storm swept through the remote mountainous region. The locals called it "the night of the fiery sky" and described it as a cyclone of clouds and lightning that lasted for nearly an hour. But then it ended abruptly after a flurry of thunder and blinding flashes.
Since then local villagers have claimed to have seen a huge beast covered in furs and several animals have gone missing or been mutilated.
