YT40CHAR.xls is an Excel spreadsheet that combines user entered data and programmed formulas and selection lists to partially automate the quite complex process of character creation in Yellow Tome: Beyond the Mists. When utilized the resulting sheet is printable and usable as a basic text-only character sheet.
The spreadsheet does numeric calculations and does offer some selection lists but it does not enforce most rules. Further, it does not incorporate all of the most-recent changes to the rules. A separate section notes a few basic build errors, notable when allocated pool points exceed limits.
The spreadsheet is available for download from the same site that provides the HTML rules.
