Description

Zauberhafte Würfelorte is a wooden family game for 2-5 players, ages 8+, made in the Urdonautal in the heart of Bavaria. In a magic contest, you have to roll the dice for the ingredients for all the required potions. Whoever brews the best potions will win the game.

The player whose turn it is takes the 5 colored dice and rolls them up to four times. He may put any dice aside to brew a potion with as many ingredients as possible of one color or a given combination. An extra die, extra rolls or the restart of the turn can be conjured up with spellpower. Spellpower is gained when it takes less than 4 throws to brew a potion. The fewer throws you need, the more spellpower you get. You can also get spellpower in any player's turn if the player rolls at least 3 of the same ingredients in his roll and you are the first to notice this.

Once a player has brewed each of the required potions, the game is over. For each potion that is not brewed, the player gets minus points. The more ingredients a player has used to brew his own potions, the more points he gets.
