Zeptopolis

Take the reins as the City Manager of Zeptopolis, a modern city with no problems whatsoever. Except it has no infrastructure, so you'll want to build that. You'll balance the demands of the business community against the needs of your residents. You'll have to keep the city safe from fires, and look out for your residents' education and health. You'll be required to keep the power system up and running. And there's a tornado on the regular, but no big deal. Oh, and I neglected to mention the horrific earthquakes that rock the landscape from time to time, and somebody has to help clean that up.
