Given their extremely advanced stage of decomposition, Long Dead Walkers are immune to Ranged Actions. Destroying these things requires an up-close and personal touch, with Survivors getting close and attacking them using Melee weapons. They are still affected by game effects eliminating all Zombies in the Zone, though, like Dynamite, and it's always a great satisfaction to see the piles of bones flying around after a big boom.
