From the introduction:
This Σ-System (hereinafter referred to as Σ) is an original general-purpose RPG system created by Satoshi Kobayashi in cooperation with the Toyohashi University of Technology SF Study Group. I have continued to work on the game with the primary goal of retaining it as a general-purpose system.
In addition to being versatile, I have the goal of making the system easy for beginners.
