This cooperative game invites players to take on the roles of the beloved PAW Patrol pups — Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rocky, Rubble, and Zuma — to protect Adventure Bay from various challenges. Each pup has a unique specialization, and only teamwork can ensure the safety of the town.
The game board represents Adventure Bay, divided into zones (beach, town center, and outskirts), with specific tasks emerging throughout the zones. Players use character-specific dice to determine movement and collect resource tokens needed to solve the tasks. During their turn, players can move, exchange tokens, or contribute to task cards, which represent the challenges. Successful task completion requires matching the specified tokens to the card. Cooperation is key, as players can share tokens when meeting on the board.
Players win by completing all task cards in the deck before three tasks are missed (tracked on a separate part of the board). If three tasks are missed, the game ends in defeat. Alternate game modes include a competitive variant, where players compete to complete the most tasks, and an extended mode for longer gameplay.
