The king sent out a request throughout the entire island to find a living elf. The reason remained a mystery, but rumour spread that the king, growing old witouth an heir, was looking for the secret of longevity that elves are believed to possess. The entire nation is in uproar, searching for elves, and your land is no safer from that great ambition. Finding an elf and bringing it to the king would make your land a most prosperous one. However, your ambitions prevent you from helping to achieve your king’s goal. You must find the elves somehow and establish a trade relationship with them. Not only the treasures, but also the resources and maybe the secret of their longevity could be a great help in achieving your ambitions.
In this game, players go through a draft sequence to select the Character Card they will be using for a turn. Players pick between one of two abilities off the character card they drafted to help them in their goal of placing down 6 pioneering card to acquire victory points and win the game. Failure will result in burning down the forest and depending on the ending, points will be calculated differently in regards to the cards placed down on the table.
