サンサンダイス (San San Dice)

San San Dice is a dice drafting game for 2 players where you are placing the dice into a 3 x 3 grid in front of you. Each of the possible rows, columns, and diagonals of the grid are assigned a number, and the players are competing to have the best 3 dice poker hand among the 8 sets.

Players are also dealt two cards at the start of the hand which are kept secret from the other player. One of these cards specifies a position, and the other specifies a color or number; the die that player places in the specified position has the adjustment shown on the other card made to it.

The players compare row by row, column by column, etc. The person who wins the majority of these wins the game.
