シロいぬ vs クロねこ (Shiroinu vs Kuroneko)

シロいぬ vs クロねこ (Shiroinu vs Kuroneko) is a Japanese variant on the classic game Reversi but here as dogs vs cats because of the trademark restrictions. The player pieces are dogs and cats, competing for control.

The game includes a variable board set-up using four grids, so you can play on a board with a hole in the middle. You can also rotate the sections during the game to create large scale changes to the plan.

There are 12 tokens you can play on the board that are traps. When played upon, they have various effects. So a dog bone can only be covered by a dog piece, a cat toy can only have a cat piece. Plus, they cannot be flipped, or might reverse a row of flipped pieces.

Otherwise the game plays as normal.
