ステンドおむらいす (Glass Omurice) is a card game from Japan. The game is themed on making stained glass windows, but is also a pun on Omurice omelettes. The pictures on the cards show different omelettes.
The game has a deck of 36 cards. 12 of them are large 'Om' cards, showing the main stained glass image with six different coloured backgrounds. The remaining 24 small 'Om' cards show four different images in different combinations of colours.
The game has two sets of rules and both can be played solitaire:
かさねおむらいす (Kasane Omuraisu) - Players draw cards and place them to form a large tableau of stained glass. Players are trying to match the colours on the small Om cards to the large Om cards, and place cards to overlap each other. By joining colours together, a player draws more cards and scores more points.
おむらいすいじゃく (Omurai Suijaku) - In a Memo-style game, players are drawing and placing cards to make their own stained glass window. If they draw the same colour twice, they can make extra moves in the game.
