ダンジョン＆ダンゲロス (Dungeon & Dangerous) is a dungeon crawl game from Japan, aimed at older players. Players are the students of a school that discover a monster-filled dungeon in the basement of their school. Aided by faculty and staff, students and friends, they explore the dungeon and defeat the various demons and creatures below. Their goal is to find a secret legendary book somewhere in the dungeon.
The game is designed to be played multiple times, with one to four players if playing co-op. Players choose from eight different characters With modular components, abundant friends to choose from, and a variety of scenarios, the game also includes online elements to maintain the uncertainty and suspense.
Subsequent to its publication, the designer has created more characters and scenarios to be found online.
A DX edition was published originally which gave more characters, six more scenarios and a guidebook and reference material to enable players to build their own characters and scenarios.
