トレンド・ザ・ブランチ (Trend: The Branch) is a stand-alone card game from Japan with a theme of the apparel business that re-implements the 2018 release TREND. In this edition, players are still staff of an apparel shop. There is an additional branch system that uses multiple shop cards with special effects and combines these effects.
While the rules are similar to the original game, differences in this edition are:
1. Introduction of a new rule to add a branch - This allows the effects and abilities of shop cards to be used in combination.
2. Adding of four seasons to the character card - With the addition of the four seasons, you can enjoy the changing trends of the seasons and the changing fashion of the city.
3. Simple changes to the sales and pass rules - The basic rules have been revised to be simpler and easier to play.
4. All 132 cards - The number of cards has increased by 50 from the previous game, making it a more challenging game. Overall, the number of trend elements has increased to 20 and the number of shops to 12.
