台詞回し (Serifu Mawashi), which would translate as "deliver your lines", is a party game whereby the players, as cartoonists, each receives 3 Line cards as their hand and use 1 or 2 cards to deliver their lines to fill the empty balloon on the single-panel Cartoon card drawn from the deck.

Vote on who has delivered the most suitable or fun lines, replenish your hands, and then repeat this until one of the players wins by acquiring 5 points.
