User summary
Shin-Uchi is a card game with a theme of Rakugo, a Japanese traditional verbal performance. Players tries to earn fame by taking a role of "tori", the final performer on stage.
There are nine stages in a game. For each stage, players play one or two cards, and the player who played the highest rank scores fame points. But the lowest player is the first to choose a card in the reserve and put it to their hand.
At the end of the game, each player totals the fame points they have scored, and add special bonus depending on cards they have played. The highest scorer wins the game.
