紙ペントリテ (Kami Pen Torite)

In 紙ペントリテ, roughly "Paper and Pen Trick-Taking", players play a trick-taking game, the results of which are used to fill out a score sheet as one might in a roll-and-write game.

After a trick is complete, the winner chooses a card played to the trick, and the other players can all choose any other card. The players mark the chosen card in one of four rows, which look for the diversity of ranks taken, the same rank to be taken, an increasing value of rank taken, and the sum of the ranks taken.

The player that earns the most points in the third round wins.
