In 風変わりな贋作師, roughly "Eccentric Counterfeiters", players are revealing a card from the deck or taking the last card revealed. If the card revealed by a player matches a card already in a row of revealed cards, they must take all of the cards already present.
The deck consists of many copies of some cards, each worth 1 point, and few copies of other cards, each worth their face value. Players do not want to acquire points.
The deck also contains a few "Double" cards which challenge a player to guess if the next two cards in the deck are the common cards or will their be at least one of the rarer cards.
The game ends once the deck is exhausted and the person with the fewest points wins.
This is a reimplementation of the designer's previous game, Double Picks, and adds rules for playing by teams at player counts 5 and up.
