麻雀拡張カード (Mahjong Expansion Cards)

麻雀拡張カード (Mahjong Expansion Cards) is an expansion for the classic game of Mahjong.

This game does not affect the normal rules of Mahjong except that before each game, you should draw a single card from the deck and follow the directions written on the card.

If the drawn card instructs Individual Special Power cards should be distributed to all players, then give each player one Individual Special Power card. That card may only be used by that player alone. Every player should keep their card hidden until they chose to use it.
