Quotes (from this video)
  • That's clever enough and the artwork's good.
  • This genre definitely is overpop populated, but this one is good.
  • It's really kind of kind of a curious style game. It if it was longer, I think I wouldn't like it, but as it is, it's a nice short filler.
  • It almost gives me a little bit of shades of of Tari.
  • I thought it was pretty clever.
  • But it is one of the most solo games you're ever going to play.
  • I find it very interesting. Just realize how solo it is.
  • The theme doesn't matter, but the cards are bright and colorful. I like that part of it.
  • It's a little short, but it probably needs to be that short.
  • So, it feels like it it could have been a more grandiose game.
  • I enjoyed it.
  • This takes the idea and says, 'What if we played checkers, but everyone had special powers?'
  • So it's interesting. Sometimes you want to take it, sometimes you don't.
  • It's a light game, but I like it.
  • I liked Fickle back in the day.
  • It's a little chaotic, but I have a very soft spot for it.
  • And I like that concept. It worked well.
  • Uh, this is a it's a hard game to explain. Go watch her full review for a good explanation, but you're picking how scoring happens on this board.
  • Just has a lot of cool ideas. is I think it's one of the better games that has come out this year.
  • Captain's Chair. Fantastic game. The more I play it, the more I enjoy it.
  • This is a very good game about traveling through Europe, placing cards, building a calendar. Just has a lot of cool ideas. is I think it's one of the better games that has come out this year.
  • Let us know what they are in the comments. Or if you agree with me, that's I don't hate that either.
  • Thank you all for watching. Like I said, a bunch of different short games. You might have very differing opinions on these. That's fantastic.

Quotes (from this video)
  • Jamaica. This is a racing game which you'll be flying around the islands of Jamaica trying to avoid pitfalls, getting cannon balls to blow up your opponents.
  • Pitch Car Mini. This is a smaller version of the one of our favorite dexterity games. And you'll be making this track up out of these small It's going to be a flicking this disc around and it's essentially it is basically Formula 1 for your middle finger, so to speak.
  • Help Bed. This is an electronic bidding game. You got this contraption in the center of the table with all these cards on and the game will talk to you telling you whose turn it is and you'll be bidding on these different things. It's actually really really really fun.
  • King Domino, another Bruno Cathala classic. This is a sort of a mini sort of civilization world building game using tiles to uh you're placing the tiles adjacent get points for for various criteria and uh we really really like King Domino.
  • Brass by Martin Wallace. We tried to play this the other month but the rule book was sucked and we gave up.
  • Stone Age this is a seminal work of placement game. You've got the you'll be choosing how many workers to put out on each different space that lets you do different things and how many workers you put out determines how many die you roll.
  • Imperial Settlers, overrated, don't like it. It's uh, it's too bitty. You end up with too many cards in your hand.
  • The Race to Eldorado, this is a Reiner Knizia racing game. It's absolutely fantastic.
  • Pharaoh uh, uh, this is a a re-theming of a an early game called Gulo Gulo where you've got this uh, bowl of marbles with a stick in it and you'll be taking bowl balls out of bowl trying not to let the stick hit the ground.
