Quotes (from this video)
- Things that interest me from a solo perspective and kind of lean into cozy, lightweight to midweight.
- I'm really there for the storytelling and I enjoy that part of it.
- So, there's going to be some very indepth experience I'm sure as I go on this journey with Darwin.
- And it seems like a very different, and I say this with when I say a weird sort of world. It's not an expected sort of thing.
- This is a narrative storytelling type of game, but it is also about kind of defending.
- The text is larger and I prefer that. So, I lose out on the flavor text and some of the information about the birds, but I can see the cards easier and they're clearer.
- But the play area was just visually there's a lot going on. There's a lot of iconography and unfortunately those are not really well defined in the rule book.
- And I feel like that was still a really good experience because sometimes losing at your favorite game does not diminish the fact that it's your favorite.
- And yes, that means that I am sort of auto succeeding at everything and moving forward, but it still gives a fun experience for me.
- And that's how I tailor that to work for myself sometimes.
- Cozy Stickerville.
- Mostly though it was drawn in by the art and just the idea of creating this cozy sort of daydream literally.
- Uh, this is a solo game that seemed interesting, but I one of the reasons why I just I I couldn't get a good idea of it with all the different motion that was going on in the crowdfunding page.
- I'm notorious for not doing that. But I am just enjoying this hobby at a very slow calm pace right now.
- I don't need to sit at my table for eight hours trying to fly through games and hurry up and learn rules so that I can be like, 'Yeah, look how much I did on this day.'
- I'm just enjoying the moments, enjoying the experience, and hopefully that will continue to be fun as I explore more and more games.

Quotes (from this video)
- My Book Nook cozy word building game.
- looks like a really neat sort of game about creating bookshelves and lining up books.
- the artwork lines up so as you stack cards, you sort of create this shelf of books with letters and it looks neat.
- Flip Pick Towers, which just looks really neat. I was kind of drawn in by the art style of this one and how it is about creating these towers, but you're drawing and there's different um scoring conditions or objectives.
- Mayor of Chicago, mostly because you've got animals but so in a in a not nature setting, which always interests me, but it looks like a a neat sort of puzzle of having these different cards that can be used in different ways.
- It looks like the translated version or name of it is City of the Dancing Carp or Carp City. This one is very very different.
- It has stickers, which if you know me, I'm not a big fan of stickers, but the way that they're used, it's sort of a a puzzle book, but it almost looks like a Where's Waldo or Where's Wally type situation with the the artwork and just the the big book of kind of going through and looking at stuff and solving puzzles, I think.
- Voidfall expansion. I think it was Voidfall Resurgence. I have not technically played Voidfall solo. I've played it multiplayer. I am really excited about this one. It's just something that I need to kind of get into the right head space to learn and understand the complexity because this is a a heavier sort of game.
- Another one is the Public Access RPG, which is based off of Brindlewood Bay, but it's sort of this horror sort of RPG about VHS tapes and some weird stuff going on.
- the Old King's Crown. So I skipped this initially. I And honestly, I think that I thought Ascendancy, which I mentioned I played, was this game.
- It just looks like a really interesting sort of puzzle. I'm really drawn to the artwork and I know artwork isn't everything, but this really looks like a a unique sort of game and I really always enjoy that concept of sort of traveling through the not necessarily generations, but the king has fallen, who's going to take up the helm and sort of building in a story, a little piece of history based on however I play.

Quotes (from this video)
- So, the highest ranked game I haven't played is Eclipse: Second Dawn.
- Each year I play more more games and each year I have played fewer of the top 100. BGG's top 100 is turning into heavy game central, for sure.
- Daydream is a cozy roll and write.
- Stop telling me your games are cozy.
- Terraria on the box says 45 minutes per player. I don't even know what what was going on there because someone was like, you lots of publishers lie about time. No one lies that that egregiously. It is not even remotely 45 minutes a player.
- I don't like Imperial at all. There's my review of
- Wise Wizards definitely said they're kind of on the uh that they're that they're struggling with a lot of stuff. So, I hope it works out pretty well.
- That was Zen Camilla, and they said it was really really hard, which made me not really particularly want to play it that strongly. I like to play games that are easier, not as difficult.
- Um, there's there's always things we're working on. Uh there's something small bag that we're working on. I can't really talk about that. Um, yet, but you'll know about that in a few weeks.

Quotes (from this video)
- It was great. I was really impressed. Um and I love the look of it. So, I really I really had a great time.
- It's this dystopian game where you lose your your workers if they get too intelligent. Um but it's all bright and colorful and cheery. And so Exactly. it's got this interesting disconnect um that makes me so happy.
- I adore Fin Span.
- It's actually probably my favorite of the three.
- It falls into that category of like a weeknight game where we can play a game in 45 minutes or so.
- people have used the word streamlined. I do think that is an accurate descriptor of Fin Fin Span compared to Wing and Worm.
- I I just think it's a really thoughtful experience where you're making good choices with beautiful art in a beautiful setting where you're diving down, right? So the the boards are vertical instead of horizontal. So the thematics are really great.
- My favorite is Ark Nova and that spot will always probably remain Ark Nova.
- The mechanism of the the cards actions and how that changes.
- It's hard to name. I mean there's we're we feel very blessed to be here and um frankly the best part is my co-workers. I think you would probably say that. Yeah. We really have an amazing team and um we really enjoy and appreciate each other.
- I could not believe those buildings. Both the landmarks and the income buildings. They're so detailed and the texture is perfect, the finish. I mean, they're fully painted.
- The AI of Amazon I think is probably the worst cuz it's usually the AI that goes through and screws something up because they send it out to like fix a listing fix a listings in some way and then it messes something up. Um and then try to talk to their AI. It's just like beating your head on a wall.

Quotes (from this video)
- It's a gem.
- It's a bop.
- It's just this combo-tastic game where there's a bunch of different actions happening that you'll have to go through.
- It is such a clever game that is still very unnatural because you're trying to create gaps with tiles, and my brain despises that cuz I like when things go together nicely.
- It is the silliest game because what you're trying to do is you have stacks of cards in front of you in different stacks, and you're trying to get each of those stacks to have all of one item.
- This is such a good small card game from Capstone.
- The art on Dixit is just unparalleled.
